How to install Minecraft Resource Packs

This is an ADD-ON for the original Jolicraft, meaning you must install it WITH Jolicraft, it's not stand-alone. In the resource packs screen be sure to arrange the order of the packs so that this is ABOVE the normal Jolicraft pack. Thanks to CalebManley for helping get this ready for the most recent version of Mincraft. Enjoy!
