Taykis Craft will be released in the summer of 2013. All textures that you see here were created by me(aside from the ones that are still default textures made by Mojang).

I'm making this for the wool. I hate going onto servers and seeing massive wool buildings with such ugly default textures. Anyway, I'm building a texture pack around the new, smooth, solid blocks of color now known as wool. I am also 17 and just began using Adobe Photoshop like six months ago. Learned pretty quick.

Anywho, I really don't have much else to say. Any suggestions for textures are appreciated. If I use your idea I will give you credit somewhere in the texture pack. Comment as well, I love criticism.

This texture is overall good to start with. I like how you redone the cobblestone and the ores. It looks unique and i think i never seen ores as thin lines before. I also see a pattern you did for your dirt, stone and the others, but try to improve your bricks, it seems dark for a texture pack with light colors. Other than that, i would download this, its nice.

Thanks Gms+, I appreciate your support and any advice that I can get is a massive help. I'll see what the bricks look in a brighter form. You and I should build on a server or something in the future if you're not busy.

Okay thanks:D I'll try it changing the doors and might make some alternate textures, I already have a few as it is. When you say shading, do you mean just making things darker? Or do you mean shading around the edges to give the texture depth?
