Teeny Terrain 8x8



An 8x version of the original textures! This is a continuation of Beavers 8 pixel pack (that I can no longer find the link to) but was so outdated it's pretty much mine now. You will need a mod like McPatcher to be able to use this pack.

Just so you all know and you dont keep commenting it over and over again,

IT IS A RESISE OF THE DEFAULT. THAT IS WHAT THE TEXTURE PACK IS. WHEN YOU COMMENT THAT IT IS LITERALLY YOU JUST RESTATING WHAT THE PACK IS.


Not all textures where me just rescaling. More than half I had to try and draw to my best ability to replicate the original because if you just resize everything it wont look good. SO I HAVE PUT EFFORT INTO THIS ITS NOT AS SIMPLE AS YOU WOULD THINK.

If you don't believe me, rescale everything yourself and compare it to the pack. Then tell me if it's just a rescale.

#1 Even if all I did was rescale it (which I didn't) that would still have caused me sit there and rescale every file down to 8x8, meaning there would at least be that much effort put into it.


#2 Take a look at the cobblestone, the log sides and bottom, obsidian, and tall grass. Do you really think those textures are directly rescaled?


#3 If you rescale the items and blocks, most textures like TNT, bricks, furnace, workbench, obsidian, wood planks, brewing stand, and all the tools will look really screwed up.


#4 I claim no ownership in any of the original textures of Minecraft or the textures originally created by the pack that I continued, as stated in the OP.

Dear good sir,
You have remade a masterpiece and I will use this a lot. But theirs a little bit of errors like the Emerald block and the trip wire. But that's all but also the fire does not have a texture but I think that is it. Thank you for remaking this great texture pack!

You should make it 16x16 and look better. LOL JK that would beat the point. Looks ok, but a little like you just resized the .png files on some, but on some I can see a bit of work I think.
