(Aug 7, 2018) Updated to include MC v1.13 blocks
Goals:
* Simple, clean-looking textures
* Bright, cheery textures
* 8x8 size for detail, but low processing overhead
* Subtle animations that enhance, but not distract
* Sun / Moon show cardinal compass directions (makes it easier to tell where you're going)
* Use PNGoo to compress gfx to be compact, small and reduce overhead
Things unchanged:
* non-survival blocks (eg: command blocks)
* GUI, tools, icons, etc (wanted to keep a unified user interface experience, so folks wouldn't have to relearn what GUI and tool icons were)

Updated pack to MC v 1.13 (Aquatic)
* Took a while, b/c I had to wait after finals to work on this, plus they renamed some previous textures, and redid horse textures. So, a lot of excess work to just transfer things over that were previously done.
* PNGoo'ed textures I missed in v 1.12.2 update, so everything is PNGoo'ed now to reduce size and optimize PNG's
