  • Willpack legacy (the current pack for 1.4.7)
  • Willpack 2 (for 1.5 and up)
I will also stop updating willpack legacy once it starts getting less downloads than willpack 2.
Some changes will only be made to willpack 2, and not to willpack legacy.

These changes will take effect ounce minecraft 1.5 is released.

You do need mcpatcher for this pack.
Mcpatcher does a lot more than allow hd packs.
It allows skyboxes, random textures, connecting textures, random mobs, biome specific textures etc.


Tip: Don't try to be a smart-ass if you don't know what you are talking about :)

Is there a way to download without (Ad link removed)? It doesn't work on macs, it just assumes everything is a Windows. It looks great.

It's a problem with mcpatcher it seems. There is no way to fix it (as far as I know).
Inside mcpatcher, go to options, disable custom compass and patch again. It should fix it.

It's weird, I like the style of this texture pack but I hate the "please use the connected texture feature" that some blocks have and it also pops up with hitting hoe'd dirt.

I found a gif on the internet with a nice animation, I turned it into a strip and recolored it.
I'm kinda ashamed of it. It does look nice, but it isn't 100% my work. I will redo them myself eventually, my pack is still far from finished, those are placeholders.


Try to base yourself on a video of real water/lava I found that most animations don't actually look like the real thing. I looked very hard to find the type of animation I was looking for.

Connected textures worked with optifine in 1.4, if optifine still uses the same format as mcpatcher, it should work fine in 1.5. Just make sure you turn connected textures on in the settings
