Welcome to CHROMA HILLS a new texture pack series and more in the making for Minecraft. You will be transported into a world of a detailed RPG feel with a mix of bright cartoon styling. Made in 128x with 64x and 32x coming coon. Massive mod support is planned for the pack as well.

CHROMA HILLS is a work in progress resource pack so it's not finished you will see some default textures. Regular updates will follow!
The pack uses MANY advanced features such 1000's of extra textures, custom skies, random mobs and more. To see this you must install either MCpatcher or Optifine. You will missing out on the full experience if you dont use the advanced features, you may need to allocate more ram to minecraft and slower computers may struggle.
CHROMA HILLS is the official pack of SONIC ETHERS UNBELIVABLE SHADERS and I work closely with the creator to add normal maps and extra textures to work with SEUS.
A huge thanks for all the support, since i released it last year the pack is well on its way to hit the 1 million download mark which is just incredible!

Since creating Chroma Hills resource pack as its grown in popularity and people embraced my work its turned into quite the adventure and opened a number of doors of opportunity for this 'ol boy. It's been amazing and in the last weeks lead on to something pretty dayum coool :)
I've accepted a offer and taken a full time position as Senior Creative/Project lead at Mineplex (those who don't know) its one of the biggest Minecraft servers in the world and a flourishing games company.
I'm really excited to be working with the team and having a lot of fun creating/directing/managing the art and visuals side of the company as it continues to expand and grow.
What does this mean for Chroma Hills?
Don't panic,I have no plans to stop working on the CH pack. It's because of CH i'm doing what i'm doing now and do want to continue on with it for me and the millions of people who enjoy it and the 1000's that have supported it with donations.
What will be a factor is how much time I can give to working on it, what with Mineplex and some other projects plus family/life etc
There's also an amount mods that have been started also.
So Chroma Hills is not going to be stopped but I can't commit as much time but i'll certainly push on with it best I can. Probably more in getting the pack finished rather than creating lots of fancy extra connected textures for example. Mobs is kind of a priority plus get the Chain mail armor done.
I've been working on the Wither by the way.
So I just wanted to fill you guys in :)

Also I've got back to looking at the pack and reading various posts/feedback.
So firstly it seems that when using 1.8 and current versions of Optifine it breaks the fancy leaves on trees. I will create a simple Add-on pack that fixes the leaves for Optifine users. Maybe in a later version of Optifine this will be sorted and won't be needed.
Also, some how in the launch of the latest CH pack version V.11 I didn't sort out a 64x version! Ooops!
So I will aim to have the 64x update out tomorrow sometime :)
Sorry again for my absence, its been quite crazy juggling many things recently.

SEUS special version and 64x to follow later still works with shaders though, if any issues disable the CTM folder in MCpatcher :)
