WARNING: 
You need Optifine if you want to see the custom animations and random mobs for Simple Textures. These changes are only applied to Simple Textures 2.0.0 and up, but don't worry, because Tekkit Classic automatically comes with optifine installed :)

Be aware this is not a finished product. I will be updating it occasionally.

This is yet another version for my main texture pack, Simple Textures, that is compatible with Tekkit Classic (NOT The Technic Pack SSP). I've been playing Tekkit a lot recently so i decided to revive this project of mine.

This has been made for Tekkit 3.1.3 and may or may not work for any other versions, whether they're earlier or later.

Additional Details

Most updates will be up on my new website bell-boy.info before I upload them here, but i'll probably upload here first because I can't see how many views/downloads I get on my website... yet

great, this pack is awesome, for some reason, the simple textures combined with tekkit. a perfect mix, the only complaint is something vanilla, when you place 1 sandstone on top of another one and the texture changes for the one beneath, try it out, you'll see what i mean

I like simple, so I'll be using this whenever I'm not using my HD tekkit pack.


Some feedback. The Sequencer, State cell and NOR RS Latch look like double slabs instead of a normal slab.

Nope not really. I can use the launcher and Play any mod pack but technic or tekkit. It always just crashes when I press login. I've download it and it didn't stop it just crashes.

you need to put them in the "texture pack" folder in the ".minecraft" folder. To go there, click on "Texture Packs" in the main menu of Minecraft, then click the button that says "texture pack folder". Once you've done that, put the .zip file you downloaded from wherever you got your texture pack from, and put that .zip in the "texture packs" folder.

actually its tekkit not vanilla XD, you put the zip in C:/Users/(insert username here)/Appdata/Roaming/.techniclauncher/tekkit/texturepacks that is if you have the launcher.EDIT: i just realized that technic imports texture packs from vanilla, so you i am leaving this up for another way or showing my stupidity. XD

ad.fly doesnt work for some people, including me. it always says "enable cookies in your browser" so i do. still doesnt work. im not an idiot i am properly doing it but ad.fly doesnt work for me... you should seriously have a direct download.

I never had any problems. I use Chrome with AdBlock. I don't see the ad, but the counter counts and properly becomes the skip button.

well then...i dont know. whenever ad.fly is on my pc, the browser always freezes up until I close the tab. *shrug* well i have it now. and its an awesome texture pack.

you go to C:Users[your name]AppDataRoaming.techniclaunchertekkitmods and you treat every direct file inside any of the .zip files as if it were in the .minecraft folder

for example, if there was a .zip folder inside the mods folder that had absolutely nothing in it except for a .png file with some block textures on it, you would have the edited one on your texture pack in the same place as terrain.png in your texture pack


if that file was in a folder called "textures", you would make that file inside a folder called textures in your texture pack
