I think not. If you create a sky0 folder and config it, it will work if you patch it with better skies in HD patcher.

No idea. Do you have any mods that may cause it? Maybe try reinstall minecraft, and only HD patch it first. If it's still not works I got no idea about it. :/

this is my first time using an hd texture pack. so im not sure. I did put it in the texture pack folder.. its a mcpatcher-converted-WoW Pack 1.5.1 according to this.. if you go into the search tab, I cant see anything from Iron Shovel to Infinity Book, minus the minecarts with tnt/hopper I found two files containing the texture pack, its got the blocks which show up clear, but the other one has the items, and everything is clear. so im not sure if that has something to do with it? OMG I got it to work! I redownloaded it and it worked!! okay thanks for your help, and for this texture pack. you got my diamond and many more if I could.

I used it to start a 64x Warcraft texture pack, using some old world textures for snow and sand. It was beautiful.  It may not work well for you because you have not handled it as much as me.

Dear lord... How stupid are you people?

Ever hear of viruses, trojans, etc?

The download link goes to a place called (Ad link removed), which has a terrible WOT reputation.  After many clicks (and I use NoScript which is MANDATORY these days), it tries to make me download an exe, a supposed "download manager".  Christ people, get a clue!  These are usually trojans at worst case, and at best, install adware, malware, and other crap on your system, let alone share your private data, and so on. You'd have to be completely clueless to download an unknown "download manager" these days, especially from a site that ALREADY has a bad reputation.

I'm astounded that this has 210k downloads.  You might as well smash your computer with a sledgehammer than go to scam websites and download viruses.

I still have the problem with "missing texture" for the sky. However if you wait for the moon and sun to rise you can see them for a couple minutes then they fade into missing texture

For me everything works fine. You have to patch it with MC Patcher, and you have to set the render distance to Normal or Far to see the custom skies.

I clicked the download link and got a download called "WoW Pack 1.5 Blocks Added".


Within that file, after decompressing the .zip I don't have a folder called "font".


I'm using OptiFine, so I just disabled custom sky. I will try again after OptiFine fully supports ModLoader, and see if it works then.


Like someone else said, it would be great if all the ores looked like the emerald ore?

I solved the bug with the sky. In your texture pack>environment>sky0. Open "sky1.properties". Change the first line (source) from "terrain" to "environment". :)

With the new update every texture is placed in a Blocks and Items folder.
If I want to change the Texture Pack's resolution to lower I should spend 2hours for it. It's too much for me to do it.
And I couldn't find any TP resolution changer. :/

And also could you make a more ore friendly version? I like this texture packs but the ores really stick out from all the stone so i think you should make them like default ores with little pieces sticking out surrounded by stone, and the cobble doesn't really look like cobble (my opinion!!!! Don't listen if u don't want to:P)

Very nicely made, but when i use it, the textures get all messed up. Like there is white and pink everywhere almost like it was not patched. But I am pretty sure i patched with mcpatcher. Do you have any idea of what the problem is? thanks!
