I am making what I hope will be one of the best texture packs ever. As you can see its going to be World War II Themed. Now for 1.7.3
 
Clearly many of you people are illiterate and or just choose not to read, If you post a comment asking how to install it i will not respond to it, read the directions! If you try and cant figure it out that's too bad and again don't comment asking how to do it. If you find a bug in the texture pack LEAVE A COMMENT! Don't just be like oh that's too bad i'm gonna make him find it on his own! If you don't know what I'm talking about then you shouldn't be playing Minecraft and or living! Thank you!

Update!!:So the texture pack has been updated and a few textures have been changed, enjoy!

News!!: To those of you who want a better looking representation of World War II. Your in luck I plan to make a texture pack that will either be 64pixels or 128pixels. WOOOH HD!!

News!!: The World War II Texture Pack with guns will no longer be in existence, sorry to those whom it inconveniences.

Your Own Ideas: If you have your own ideas let me know, leave them in the comments and I might add it in for you in your own personalized version :)

Installation:

1. Download this texture pack, it will be in zip file form so extract it to a folder
2. Open your .minecraft folder by typing %appdata% in the search bar when you hit the start button
3. Go into your .minecraft folder and then the texture packs folder
4. Go into the World War II Texture Pack folder and drag and drop the zip file to the .minecraft/texture pack folder
5. Play minecraft and have fun!!


Leave a comment letting me know what you think, any suggestions you have and give this a thumbs up!!!

Saturday April 23, 2011-Big update, changed the chests to supply crates. Also the armor has been changed. Chainmail is now Chainmail, leather is still leather. Diamond is now naziish iron and gold have random soldiers. They look nice. I think I changed something else but I forget. Also I have to update the guns. They are very far behind. Im gonna start naming them this will be V2.0 The release was V1.0 the update was V1.1 etc... It was a good day

Hey dude, loving your texture pack. Right now I'm using it on my world war 1 server with flans gun mod. Me and my friend's had a couple suggestions for when you update it too 1.8. We (in our opinions) don't like the pumpkin skin. We think you should change it to a different lantern or something. Also we think that iron bars should be made to barbed wire that acts like iron bars. This is because cactus is good and looks sweet but it is annoying how you need sand. Also maybe make leather, chain mail and diamond armor look more WWII. Last maybe make a block that looks like corrogated metal, for example iron blocks. That would be cool. This is just what we thought would be cool so take what you will from this. What you have so far looks awesome though, great work!

Those are some really good ideas and I want to do them, right now though were all being spammed with updates, I'm getting bombed with homework, and I'm just flat out busy, I would have moved this way up on my priorities to update but It drastically lost interest. This really helped though, I'm gonna start updating it again. Also I'm honored that you use it on your server :) Thanks
P.S. What should the cactus texture be?

maybe leave it as the same but just have two barbed wires. Right now where still building the trenches but we would like some barbed wire in the trenches and cactus just doesnt work that great. Maybe make cactus coils of barbed wire and iron bars lines of barbed wire. Other then that though I think everything looks really sweet and im trying to get every one on the server to use it. If you want you could check out the server when where done building the trenches?

Okay, yeah I see where you'r coming from, I will work on it this week, I got my B-Day this week and work so I will do it in my free time. And if the server isn't hamachi I will defiantly check it out

Ya, im working on making it non hamachi... ill ask my freinds tomorow if they have any suggestions. Not so good with computers and I dont know what model my router is so making a non hamachi server is difficult for me. Always impressed with people who can do this sort of thing. Jelli would be an understatement.

Haha, It's actually pretty simple. I can try to help you with it, I know a little about setting that stuff up. What Internet provider do you have? Verizon? Comcast? Verizon I find is the easiest so please tell me thats what you have :P

I know its telus but I dont know how to figure out the model. I may actually call telus and see if they can tell me. Lol this is completely unrelated to your mod but what ever. I think that if I can figure out my router the rest will be easy.

i downloaded this texture from somewhere and there was an alternate zombie skin.i really liked that skin and i accidentaly deleted it.can you put that skin for download?it was basicly a nazi zombie.

You should change texture of bow to something like k98 or mosin-nagant (m1 garand would be cool too...)

When this was first released i had a version with all sorts of guns but it eventually became to much work to update 8 texture packs all with the same textures except the bow and arrow. If you would like I can give you the link with them, they are only update to 1.6 though so you would have to fix the textures yourself

This texture pack will not work. I tried extracting it, that did not work. I tried moving the contents of the folder inside the folder to the main folder and that did not work.

You could use a texture from Sdk's planes mod, and sorta tweak it so a ghast looks like said texture.
