Add italics or bold to the PMC chat

We need a way to emphasize words in chat. Right now we only have CAPS, which isn't allowed in chat.

It'd be nice to have this.

Italics can kinda be used using the /me command. Caps are allowed on chat just not excessive caps. If you're trying to emphasize a single word in a sentence there is no harm in CAPITALIZING it. I don't know if bold was ever part of chat but odds are if it ever was it was removed due to people spamming it. It would become as big of a problem as all caps.

Add the ability to set pronouns somewhere in settings (so it will appear in profile statistics)
