Please do not pay attention to the sharp edges on the shoulder, which I did not smoothed (3rd picture). Perhaps they formed as a result of cloning of some fragments. I noticed this only after the end of the render (for 1h:03m the renderer lasted). I fixed it, but I can not wait an 1 hour just for the sake of this >.<

these are beautiful... i love building dragons by hand but now that i've seen this it's like "wow. holy freaking jesus." do you use mcedit for these? and if so, what tools? I'd like to try and see what i could do. (no worries, i have a different style i use for my dragons so i wouldn't be copying. and that would be dishonest to the majesty of yours)

Yes, i use MCedit and Mcedit 2. "Sphere" brush basically. And other brushs. Look at the descriptions of the latest projects, there links to the construction process
