trash bandit comes from the industrial revolution who was cast out of his own home during a great war who now scours the radiated wasteland looking for anything to aid him in survival mainly looking for gears and stable hunks of metal to build a rocket to hopefully escape the wasteland and find a new home on another planet or die trying.
