Just made an account here to say that this is no Divine Dragon. I made that deisgn back in december 2018 it is an edit of another design that I forgot which one it is that basically cuts some of it. I came up with that design for a public warp that I had in a server, it was a banner that I spread across the fortress and had it as my OF cape (as can be seen here https://namemc.com/profile/DanielPaladino.3) so yeah, just wanted to get that out there that it isn't called this in case someone from that server finds this page.
