There’s a button that says /Give Code. Copy and paste the command that pops up and put it in a command block by using Ctrl + V and then activate it.

The banner is not craftable by regular means. Do you have access to command blocks or general commands? If so, you can give yourself the banner by copying the code and pasting it into a command block. Once you do that, activate the block and you will get your banner!

Oh! This banner isn’t craftable. You’ll need to put in a command into a command block and activate it to obtain it.
If you click the “Give code” button, a command will pop up. Copy that text in the box and open the command block by right-clicking.
Press Ctrl+V to paste it in.
Once you do that, activate the block and you’ll get the banner.
