As wind blew we bound to knew
What we had in store to know for more.

As his eyes grew bare so did his hair
Snow he had become, so numb he felt a snow golem he had become.

He had chipped away from his cold exterior.
A monster he had become as he grew more wearier.

As darkness had fell upon him. Monsters began to run the night
He protected himself who lived upon a fright.

His wrinkled lips and legs of snow he knew not of his dark coal sight.

He had been worrying not about his appearance but rather the safety of himself, even as he grew senile, to his very last smile.

The flicker of shadows,The rustling of the meadows.
His fear grew stronger through the cold night.

The darkness within was no match, To his senile laughter in the patch.
The monster who has lived in him had shown. Even if he was over-thrown.

As the sun rises, He also realizes.
His crippling body had melted on to the ground like a piece of cotton candy.

Even to his last dying breath, His fragile sacrifices had he shown, To his last heart-ache his life had been known.

The concept behind this poem is that the Snow Golem had no issues with his exterior, But as he grew older he realized he had to fight for what was left in the darkness.
