11 rarest items and blocks in Minecraft from a redstoner's perspective. Some items might seem to be rare, however, a lot of them stop being rare after you set up farms for those items. 2. Mob heads other than wither skulls
3. Sponges
4. End portal blocks & portal frame blocks
5. Horse armor
6. Mob spawners
7. Ore blocks
8. Diamonds & diamond blocks
9. Nether Star
10. Endstone
11. Nether quartz, ore and everything that you can craft from it
