As many of you know, the very popular Factions plugin now requires the plugin Mcore! Do not worry though! Mcore is developed by the same team! Most Faction server owners do not realize that they either need Mcore to work with Factions or they do not realize that Factions and Mcore do not work with CraftBukkit 1.6.2 Dev build.

The MassiveCraft team, the team that brought you Factions is waiting on a pending approval of their latest builds for Factions and Mcore. Now I know many servers are losing players so I will guide you through the process of getting Factions and Mcore for 1.6.2 right now!

1) Go to the download link for the latest version of Factions/Mcore

2) Delete filename from the link (factions-2-0-2-mcore-6-4-x)(mcore-6-4-3). The links will then look like this:

http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/mcore/files/19/

3) Increase the number by ONE. This will get you the latest build that functions with 1.6.2.

4) Download the files from those two links ^ ^ ^ And put them in your plugins folder. Factions is now back for 1.6.2.

**If you do not know how to install the plugins properly here is an extended guide:

• Stop the server.
  
• Ensure you have Java 7 installed. (If you have a host, you may skip this step)
  
• Put mcore.jar in the plugins folder. (The one you got from my links)
  
• Put Factions.jar in the plugins folder. (The one you got from my links)
  
• Start the server.
  
• *Optional* you may edit the files to your liking.
