You go to %appdata% in "Run" Then head to .minecraft folder. Open bin and locate minecraft.jar

Delete this and replace it with the one you just downloaded.

Dont take ender pearls out of your inventory if you want to play safe!
It turns out that if you have it in your inventory or wear a pumpkin or our head then endermen wont attck you!
Keep it in your inventory if you want to play safe!!!!

When I'm hurt my health fills up slowly on easy :D

though I kinda miss the old way...though I guess it has to cuz when I try to eat beef *I'm guessing this will happen with other foods* my health doesnt fill up.

No, notch made it different when eating. If your hunger bar is full, then your health replenishes slowly. No more instant health.

This has almost everything...but when eating food there is no sound.

And probably other stuff...when u right click chest it opens inventory and you can see the chest open itself up :D
