Hello guys! Recently, I tried out the snapshot for 1.8. I will tell you everything that I found, and I will also say what I think about everything.

Granite and Polished Granite:
A new type of stone. It looks sort of nice, but polished looks sort of like red sand.

Diorite and Polished Diorite:
Another type of stone, which looks pretty nice. Sort of like gravel, but a little lighter.

Andesite and Polished Andesite:
ANOTHER type of stone. I really like the polished version, and I expect to be using it in building a lot.

Slime Block:
NOT a type of stone. It is a block that when you jump on it, you go one block high(?), and when you hold space, you go two blocks high(?). When you shift while on top of the block, you don't jump, and when you just walk along the block, it acts like soul sand. It also acts like soul sand with a carpet on top, so you can make fun trolls. :D

Enchantment Addition With Lapis:
Now, you can use lapis lazuli to sort of choose what you want for your enchantments. Key words: Sort of. I like it, because it actually sort of gives you an idea for what you're about to get.
