This is some ideas I found through out the different minecraft communities on how to earn xp without stealing.
1. Have a catchy title/name
2. Write interesting blogs. example: a story about Steve, write a tutorial on how to do redstone wiring and so on.
3.Make friends and have them subscribe, so that when you post something you get views.
4.Post interesting pictures with your blog,mod, or project.
5.Make good skins. Most people on planet minecraft are under the age of 15, so make skins for that age group. Also learn how to shade and texture properly by watching skinning videos.
