A Minecraft Love Story

What you are about to read is a love story, that happened to me last Saturday night. The weak minded must leave for this is a tragic story.



It was a beautiful Minecraft morning and the sun was shinning. I was walking through my normal walking trail in the forest when I saw a girl sitting by the lake. I didn't know who she was but I offered her a place to sty for the night before the mobs came out at night. She accepted and I lead her to my wonderful home, just outside the biome. We did pretty good together for 4 years, we were a great time and no mob could take down our pride. Un till one fateful night that is. Once every year, there is a day in Minecraft where the mobs do more damage, spawn in packs, and are harder to beat. That is the day of every Minecraft update. One night Notch, our god updated or world and the mobs were sure to win if we did not get to our house. So that's what we did. But even our double layered doors were not enough to stop the zombie from breaking in. I tried my best to hold them off but the door hit me on the head and I blacked out. I woke up in the shinning sun of morning. She was gone. I searched by the lake for her and she was not there. I grabbed my bow and headed out on a quest to find her.

I stopped in mid afternoon for a drink by a pond but I did not stay for long. I had one mission and I would not fail her.

I stopped by the town witch was a peaceful place, but not anymore. I was shooting downs zombies from left to right, they were everywhere. I look up to see the sight, of witch I could not believe my eyes. Those monstrous creatures have turned my best friend into one of their one. I stood and stared for a while trying to face reality that I had failed her, and there was nothing more I could do. I knew I had to accept that she was gone, and she would never be coming back. So I did what I had to do. There was only ONE thing left to do. I finished her slave self off right there by a bow to the head. On my journey back home I passed by the lake where we first meet. I still could see her big blue eyes looking at me from afar, I wanted to believe it was real, but it was nothing but a fantasy. I whimpered into my home and lied in my bed. I had to accept, she was dead, and so was my heart.
