Every other Sunday Evening (PST Time), I will upload a this little... Newspaper, thing, sorta. As I'm normally a Minecraft skinner, I've decided to start this up. If you would like to be featured in here, then please PM me on this account, and thank you for joining us this evening!
Thank goodness, has it really been two weeks since the last Evening with Rhines? It's felt like a month. Contests
First and foremost, let's focus on some contests.
Artsy_Girl's Imagination Skin Contest - Due Date March 30th
PBSquidPlays' Skin Contest - Due Date ??
Artsy_Girl's contest focuses on taking a character she's written about, and design a skin for them. I find this a fairly unique and special contest that you don't see all the time, and it's really cool people do stuff like this.
Skins
I prepared! Here are 6 different skins from the past two weeks for you to... check out? First is Chamomile by yupi, but here's the thing; I prefer Green Tea. The ombre is really great, and it's a refreshing yupi skin. Next up is Candy Bunny by YummyMacaroon, a pretty fluffy looking skin. It really makes me want to grab an ice cream bar or some candy from my kitchen! After that is Spade by Caztiin, which has some of the nicest palettes I've ever seen, along with some floral adornments, making it an ideal skin to put on and flaunt! Next is... well, it's this heavenly skin by -Bouncin. We truly know the way towards making good skins. After that is 2nd Grade, a contest entry of Silvescene's contest, by Keeks! The skin is really colorful, and hopefully will move onto the next round of her contest! Finally, we have Yuno Gasai, created by Trader! I strongly recommend Future Diary, but a warning for those who have Hemophobia or hate violence, this is not the anime for you. And yes, you'll probably cry at the end.
Projects
The projects page is always extremely varied, from pixel art to intricate builds that make our minds figuratively explode. The first build we have is an amazing trial build by Macaroonie called Géfyra Zoís! Congratulations to them for getting accepted to their team, and thanks for uploading something so visually outstanding and beautiful. Next up is this statue of an Acrocanthosaurus by Roman_95, which doesn't need much description. Guys, the dinosaurs are back. Before we move to our final project, I would like to explain how much I like trains. However, I like planes even better. Furthermore, I like boats even more! So, here's a boat. SS Kroonland, made by CreeperCraftCity, and extra help by CronosDarth, Jstar, and Lins, is stunning. It's way more realistic than every skin out there on Planet Minecraft, after all. Makes me truly want to just head over to the Projects section, curl up in a little ball, and just massively download maps without hesitation. (Please scan for viruses if you intend on doing this, though.)
Resource Packs
Put on your Hot Topic merchandise, pull out your pokeballs, your Midoriya shirts, and get ready for some animaziinngg resource packs! First is a Boku No Hero Academia (The worthy anime that received pretty much all Crunchyroll Awards) Resource Pack, by hotdog6542! I can't believe Katsuki is a creeper, however. It is truly hilarious. Next is a Doki Doki Lit Club texture pack, retexturing some of the mobs and items, also by hotdog6542. The third pack I'll be featuring is the... OMIGODIT'SSWORDARTONLINEHOLDME (feel free to comment this) resource pack. I mean... a fully fledge SAO Resource Pack made by Oscar10081! Kirito is my bae <333 and if you say SAO sucks in front of me I'll be really upset. After that is the working in progress Pastel Pack for 1.12.2, a heavily inspired resource pack resembling KawaiiCraft, by re_ik. This is a really impressive project, and I can't wait to see when it'll be done!
An Interview with Greystokey and Cib
I really wanted to add more content to this newspaper, so instead of one interview, you guys get two! Thank you Greystokey and Cib for giving me some of your time to answer these questions. Oh, and they're fairly long, so I'm putting them in spoilers for your enjoyment.

Interview with Greystokey
What's the name you'd prefer to be called here? Well, i preferred to be called by my username, which is Greystokey, although I am also fine with being called Mikayla, which is my name irl.
How did you first find PMC? I first found PMC when I was searching skins (for roleplaying with my friends I think).
Who is your favorite PMC Member? My favorite PMC member, hmm, idk way too many to choose from :P
Why did you choose your username? My username, Greystokey came about when I was younger (I was in elementary school I think) and I was signing up for a virtual world game called Webkinz, I had gotten my first Webkinz plush, which was a Signature Penguin, and i think my mother had recently watched a movie called Greystoke (it’s a Tarzan movie), so we tried that as my username, it didn’t work, so we added a y to the end, making Greystokey. It worked, and it became my username. Over time I grew fond of that username and used it for many other things before PMC, such as Neopets, and Roblox, for instance.
What are your favorite Minecraft servers? I haven’t gone to many Minecraft servers so I’m unsure of my favorite, but of the few I’ve been to, I think my fav is Mineplex.
What is your favorite book? My favorite book is the Disney. Pixar Inside Out book Driven by Emotions (basically it tells the movie from the point of view of each of Riley’s emotions and each section is a different emotion’s P.O.V.).
Why did you choose to mainly make animal skins? Why did I choose to make mostly animal skins? Well because I enjoy drawing animals (and other creatures as well) so I guess that also applies to my skinning. :P

Since I joined in June 2016, I have gone through many usernames. My preferred name is Cib, and many call me by that name.

Gosh, I feel like such a long time ago. I had browsed the site long before I joined for purely for the joy of finding what other people all over the world were created for or with the game. I often browsed for maps and happened to stumble across PMC is the process.
Who is your favorite PMC Member?
That is not an easy question.
I admire and appreciate many members but if I were to narrow them down, they would be.

This question has been asked multiple times in many different ways. Cib are the initials of my full name and I have remained with the name ever since.
What are your favorite Minecraft servers?
I don't play on a huge range of servers, as I often play with friends and family.
My favorite would have to be Mineplex as I enjoy the simple minigames and get plenty of fun out of them.
I am intrigued to find more unique servers to play on and I am always open to suggestions.
What is your favorite Minecraft Minigame?
Cake/ Bed wars have always been a favorite of mine. I also enjoy Hunger Games.
What is your favorite PMC Contest?
Oh, that's a tough one! Currently, I have entered seven contests in total.
But overall, my favorite contest that I enjoyed not only the concept but actually creating my entry was Mystery in the Mansion with my entry The Curse of Artis.
Do you enjoy posting a variety of different things on PMC?
At the moment, I don't exactly shine when creating an element of submission on PMC.
I do however hope to, after some mentoring and practice, improve my works in skinning and building.
As I say to many and have been credited on, I have a love for creative writing and hope to share some pieces later this year.
But in answer to the question, I do enjoy submitting a range of submissions.

I love this idea!
Speaking of newspapers, I remember making my own newsletters as a 11 year-old, and it was called The Daily Flower. It had this flower from a web series that I watched back in the day called BFDI who answered fan questions, and I wrote whatever news stories seemed fitting at the time. Heck, I even glued on real coupons for it! It makes me wonder if I should ever go back to making something like that again, except it's renamed The Daily Dolphin or Peridot Prints... :P
