Hello everyone, AnimeFanFTW with an interview blog, and today, I interviewed my very good friend, XYZDimensions!
It's been quite a while since I last interviewed someone. Been busy with life, I guess.
Anyway, XYZDimensions. This guy is awesome. He's not well-known on PMC, but he's undeniably my best mate on this site.

AnimeFan - Hello, XYZ. How are you today?
XYZDimensions - I'm good I guess, a bit tired, have to write up a resume later.
AF - Ah, nice. How it goes well. :D
Anyway, let's start this thing.
To start off, the obvious question: How did you discover PlanetMinecraft?
XYZ - Well, I used to use MinecraftForum back in 2012/2013, then I found PMC and posted my first resource pack, a few months later after not going on PMC, I checked and I was level 26, made me decide to stay for a while. xD
AF - Oh wow, that's impressive. Took me ages to reach Level 26.
What about Minecraft? And why do/did you like Minecraft?
XYZ - Back in late 2010 in my early High School years I noticed some people in my class playing a game that I thought was strange, thinking "How is placing blocks fun??" then I tried it out of curiosity. I have been playing since, not that into it anymore though, all the mystery has left the game for me. xD
AF - Pretty much the same for me.
What made you want to upload content?
XYZ - Well, since I focus on resource packs, I'll talk about how I started them, I was bored of how the game looked, and wanted to try something new, so I started messing around with textures, then eventually made my first pack, then continued with that and released a better pack earlier in the year ^-^
Basically I was bored and decided to post my resource pack >.> xD
AF - Ah nice. Must have been alot of trial and error. xD
What are your favorite video games to play?
XYZ - Well, I find Skyrim and CS:GO Enjoyable, and I recently bought the Steins;Gate Visual Novel, which I am enjoying immensely ^-^
AF - Wow, I've played absolutely none of those games. :D
How did you come up with the name XYZDimensions?
XYZ - Well, I was previously known as PokeProZ, which everyone pronounced differently than the way I intended, and it was an old name, so I thought up a new name, I thought "Dimensions sounds cool....." and then spent a week deciding on what else to put with it, then I thought of Coordinates, e.t.c and went with XYZ. xD
AF - PokeProZ? A Pokemon/Dragonball Z crossover? xD
Your favorite anime?
XYZ - Well, the Poke was based on Pokemon, when I made the ProZ I was pronouncing it as 'Prozz" so, "Poke-e-prozz" but everyone called me Poke-Pro-Zee and other things... so I changed it =P
AF - Umm...I said "favorite anime?"...
But still, interesting...
XYZ - Oops, only read the first line for some reason. xD
Choosing favourites is hard so....
My top 5: Durarara!!, Steins;Gate, Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood, Toradora and Gurren Lagann.
AF - Yessssss, Gurren Lagann. :D
Favorite anime character?
XYZ - Too hard to decide so, Heiwajima Shizuo (Durarara!!), Uryuu Minene (Mirai Nikki), Meliodas (Nanatsu no Taizai), Kirigiri Kyouko (Danganronpa) and Okabe Rintarou (Steins;Gate) xD
AF - Can't remember any of them. :D
What is your most favourite PMC Submission you've made, and your favourite made by someone else?
XYZ - Well, I like my Lidrith resource pack the best, other than that I don't have many posts xD
And for other submissions.... I guess Crescendo's Ryuko Matoi skin. xD
AF - Ah, I love Cres's Matoi skin. So good. ;u;
What is your favorite song and music genre?
XYZ - Hmm... hard to decide... well, I like rock, but not not metal or anything like that, I also enjoy piano covers of anime themes
Fav song: Unravel by TK from LIng Tosite Sigure, the Tokyo Ghoul opening theme, eve after all these months I still love it, the one song I haven't gotten sick of. xD
AF - Ah, similar tastes in music. :D
Also, didn't really like the Tokyo Ghoul opening song. It's a great song, but...meeeeh....
What is your favorite block and mob from Minecraft?
XYZ - Well, I don't really play MC anyway, after 4 years I got bored of it xD
but.... hmm.... idk anymore. xD
AF - Can you at least list the items/blocks that pop up in your head then?
XYZ - uh... umm... *spends 5 minutes thinking*
Enderman and ... *spends another 3 minutes* Note Block, I guess.
AF - Nice. xD
Now, although we first met on PMC, we have met each other IRL. Would you kindly explain to the people reading how we first met IRL?
XYZ - Well, we're both members of the PMC Anime Hub, and eventually made a Skype chat for casual conversations, so, on to the main part, I mentioned that I wouldn't be online cause I was meeting up at the shops with some friends, and AF asked what area? One thing led to another and we found out we live around 10 minutes apart. What are the odds? xD (ended up meeting in the shopping center)
AF - Man, that day was amazin. We should do it again someday.
Now for the random question: What do you think of MySpace?
XYZ - Ikr, totally agree.
MySpace? Worthless Relic.
AF - But dude...Tom, from MySpace...who'll be friends with him now?
Do you have any future plans for PMC?
XYZ - Tom can talk to the bots, that's always fun. xD
Hm... I need to get the motivation to finish my resource pack, and then procrastinate some more on the anime hub :D
AF - Sounds good I guess. And I'll be at the hub moderating. Don't do bad stuff.
