I need a cartoonist for something. I tried to do a cartoon of the "subject" on the program "Pencil" but I can't seem to turn it into a png. :( Is there anyone out there who can do this for me?

If so then I would like the cartoon to be something like the Yogscast's youtube background cartoons. If you're up to the challenge, then the picture is at the top :D
