I don't think this would be possible becaue the amount of Artificial Intelligence coding to make the CPUs actually hard would be insane. A human player could beat he CPU too easily. Its like trying to design a robot that plays soccer and beats really good player. Like I said, nearly (if not) impossible for today's technology. Also I don't think most computer could handle that amount of drastic coputing. Good idea though!
