Could this seed be the best seed ever for survival?

When you spawn, right in front of you is a desert temple. Inside it is DIAMOND horse armor, many ingots and....well, a ton of rotten flesh! :(

If you turn around from where you spawn, you will see a village. It is quite a big one, but no blacksmiths boo hoo. But, to make up for that, underneath the temple, there is a large cave system. I haven't explored it properly yet, so I look forward for that!

Some way from the spawn area, in the desert, there is a...thing...that looks as if a massive creepers' exploded it. I've seen these things before, but not this big!
