Me and my friend was a staff for https://www.planetminecraft.com/server/royal-crimson/ and we got demoted and banned because the new dev they brought in was cutting corners, none of the plugins that worked broke as the dev was using cheap/old/broken over the paid working on that get updated a lot, so there the players are unhappy. The dev was blaming others for being upset and it got to the point where he was cussing as younger players seeing this happen as well, the owner is siding with a dev over 2 dedicated staff he had running the server so please do yourself a favour and stay away from this toxic like behaviour.
