So Apparently this doesn't count as a texture pack, even though it does not go against any rules in Submissions for texture packs. By definition, a texture pack is a collection of textures for use in minecraft. People also upload mob skin packs, So, why not this? This now makes it a lot harder for people to see because no one looks in blogs for skins. Anyways, I can't argue with moderators, even though I feel it unfair.
