As you all know when you type the command /gamemode 1 or /gamemode 0 it wont work since the creators blocked that well if you go to your esc button then click open LAN and create an open LAN and eneable Cheats on then type in again what ever you want to go to survival /gamemode 0 or creative /gamemode 1 and it should work after that.Hope it helped some of you out.

true but the point of this is for you wont have to install any mod and its simple too

Well, I do know some mapmakers who disables commands before they release the map, so it might not always work.
But I used to use this surprisingly useful tool back before I was smart enough to install mods:

yeah thats why they disable commands so by doing this you are able to enable the commands again because of cheats on,and yeah i used to use commands back then but then got kinda annoying that i had to keep updating the mod so i stopped using them,i stitll use some but then take them off.

Did you hear? Minecraft 1.4.6 is coming out this Thursday. I don't want to wait for all of my mods to update. I mean, some of my mods probably never will again. I just don't like Risugami's Modloader because you have to type in the game version in the mod. Modloader checks the game version and your minecraft version. If they don't match, then your MC won't run. Even if the rest of the code is compatible. Stupid, right?

yeah that is stupid,haha i just noticed we are chatting on the comment section.and cant wait till update,have you seen the blog of the minedea that they posted about changing skins during gameplay,they should add that.
