Hi guys, Bobby here and as you may or may not know, I like to rant. Today I am ranting about Minecraft, PMC, servers, and probably other MC things that pop into my head. I'm feeling in a ranting mood. These are my opinions, so don't complain, it annoys me when people try to change my opinions.

LET THE RANTING BEGIN!

This latest Christmas update in MC really ticked my off. I mean, they could include fireworks in another, greater update and I really don't need the chests to look like presents, they have texture packs for that. Thanks to that dumb little update I can't play on a lot of servers not because they are still 1.4.5. Thanks for that 1.4.6, thanks a lot.

Also, speaking of servers I really hate those dumb servers where they grant special privileges to paying members. It does make sense to give them maybe creative mode or more diamonds (extra classes in CTF/TF2) but what makes me so upset is when they get ALL the property. Ok listen, I don't want to have to walk out 800 blocks from spawn because the members claimed EVERY SINGLE PATCH OF LAND. You don't need 300 square blocks of property! Stop being such greedy little twits!

Another thing I wanted to rant about is these "signatures" I see on PMC skins. I'm scrolling through, looking for great skins and a always see these dumb little "*~(:cutie:)~*" thingys. I don't need to see this dumb looking signature idiot, I can see who made the freaking skin because the name is RIGHT THERE. If you think it's cute, it's not! Most of the time I can't even read the signature anyway! If you want to sign your work, be my guest, but do it in the skin description please.

Another thing I wanted to rant about on PMC is those stupid skin stealers. Stealing skins is stupid and lazy. It's also not fair at all considering people are taking all the credit. I've seen a lot of stealers that say "oh I've worked very hard on this skin, please give me diamonds." Sure you worked hard, taking other peoples' skins and giving yourself all the credit is so very hard. Nice try fool, but we here aren't as stupid as you think. I mean, come on, do you really think that we can't tell you stole it. Just another reason why skin stealers are morons.
NEW RANT ON MODS:

Moderators are an important part of any website, they are important to this website too. They make sure stupid skin thieves don't get away with their crime, they block hackers and other irksome people, and they keep the website organized. However, I am starting to get the feeling that the mods around here are kind of flopping in some areas.

A few months ago my friend and I were working on a skin to post here on PMC. We were using skin craft to see a 3D view and to edit the skin a bit more. I know skin craft has all those pre-rendered parts on it but we weren't using those because they look really bad in my opinion. Anyway my friend posted the skin and it got about 4 to 5 diamonds which was pretty impressive for him because we were both level one. I was really happy with how the skin turned out, it was a skin of Nick Fury. The next day my friend got the message saying that the skin was removed because of "pre-rendered parts."

We were pretty chill about it, I told my friend to PM the mod and see if they could review it. Waited a couple weeks...no response. Then I PM'd the mod and gave my eye witness account of the fact that I saw my friend used NO pre-rendered parts. Waited another couple weeks and still NOTHING. I know that the mods probably get a lot of PMs but seriously? I find it hard to believe that after a few weeks they wouldn't see my message-it was clearly labeled and sent it a couple times. At this point I started getting irritated. Did the mod not see me or did they just ignore me? Do they think that my friend isn't important enough to get the skin reviewed and restored? I guess not.

Then, a couple days ago on of my subscriptions uploaded a blog about Youtube that I really liked. I totally agreed with the blog and it was well written with a nice graphic. Couple hours later...BAM! "This blog is spam, don't post blogs like this." Ok...? Number one: that has got to be the most vague statement ever and number two: how on earth was that blog spam? You want to see a spam blog, this is a spam blog:
Hi guise I was just writing this blog to invite you all to this rly cool server I play on. It's really nice and we include everyone and no one is mean. I luv this server a lot and you should join mai faction. I will like u even if ur a n00b. Our server loves everyone, esp n00bs. So come on guise, join the server now and you can get a diamond! <--- that is spam. It's just a bunch of BS about a server to try and meet 350 characters. How come I see a ton of this crap, hmmm mods?

Here's another freaking spam blog I see a TON:
Guys I am getting sick and tired of how unoriginal things are getting on PMC. All I ever see are the same types of skins and the same types of blogs. Where is the creativity? I wish that original stuff would dget popular instead of people making their own versions of an overused topic. It bugs me soooo much! I've uploaded a lot of original stuff and it never gets as popular as rip-offs. Please diamond some of my stuff too.
---- look at that, an unoriginal blog about unoriginality! People that write these are geniuses. You know, I might talk about this crap in another rant.

See my examples? THOSE are spam blogs, they never get banned. I see blogs go all the time about cool stuff like sports, other video games, movies, celebrities, Youtubers, etc. and I would actually enjoy reading those, only wait...THE MODS ALWAYS BAN THOSE ONES. So what if the blog doesn't have to do with everything Minecraft? People here are creative and fun and I'd like to hear their opinions on other stuff too! A blog is about what you think about stuff, so thanks for stifling some creativity out there.

Also where in the rules does it say that you can't post your thoughts on something non-minecraft related? It doesn't.

It's stupid when the mod comment is "please put more effort into your work" because my friends DID put effort into those skins and blogs and when a PM was sent to fi the problem, the mod put no effort into replying.

Plus, I hate when mods just label you stuff as spam. It leaves you wondering "why is this spam?" "how come other blogs like this are not banned?" "I thought I wrote a nice blog, did the mods not like it?" "why don't they listen when I ask for help/clarification?" Basically I think that mods should spend their time getting rid of the real issues-hackers and copy cats-and not go around banning blogs because they aren't minecraft. Also it would due much appreciated if us lower-level people were listened to as well, not just the high up people.

I think I speak for a lot of us lower-level PMCers when I say that we feel unimportant and unappreciated. I mean, the mods seem to listen to high up people and then high up people never give us a chance. Everyone here on PMC is important and sometimes I just don't feel that way. I feel like if a level 40 asked a mod for something the mod wouldn't hesitate. When I ask months ago to review an unfair skin removal it didn't happen.

Mods, a lot of you are great, you keep this place running smooth. Other mods, I feel, miss the important stuff (whenever I flag a copied skin it isn't removed) and need to listen and reply more. I know you guys have lives, but as you signed up for being a mod I think it's a fair request to have you reply to my PMs when I need help.
