Tutorial:

1: Make and open cage for ghast. Note: build out of strong material. Cage can be 5x5x5 or 6x6x6.
2: Drag ghast into cage with a fishing rod (or cheat and use a spawn egg).
3: Make a powered rail leading up to ghast from his side and make more powered rail directly under that powered rail.
4: Make the bottom powered rails lead into a portal and light some fire directly on the other side of the portal.
5: Send a minecart to the ghast from the top rails and watch him be sent to the overworld.
