Bring It On Griefers!

Well here is another blog... About a "Griefing Team" (I am not sure what they are called...) but anyways I have a mod on my server who I caught using hacks! (Reach, sprint, x-ray, etc.) He decided to tell his friend he was using hacks through a message when I had social spy on. Anyways I put him in my "Creative" prison (Which kills you fast enough, that you can't type any messages) but he got mad and decided to spam me. I muted him, and his friend got mad. I couldn't really put him in jail because he wasn't breaking any rules. He said that if I didn't un-mute the mod, I would be griefed for a year by his griefing team. I didn't but then the mod did a weird glitch and got out of the jail. I banned him, but he used proxy to get back on. Then I finally banned him for good. Anyways I actually met some of his team, but I didn't know they were griefers. I can't ban them though because I can't remember their full IGN's. Well if any of this guy's team is reading this...

Once on a server I trolled the griefers; I turned invisible and started building back whatever they changed; I stole from their chests; I loopkilled them (with a plugin and manually). I had a great time making them look foolish, but eventually I had to ban them. They were a great source of entertainment while they lasted.

This is the reason I don't go on obscure public servers... annoying members and annoying admins. -_-

If you just get the plugin called "Grief Prevention", you'll be owning them in your sleep. I smile every time it auto-bans a spammer or makes a griefer rage quit because he can't damage anybody's house or steal anything.

Your vid is entertaining to watch because everybody hates griefers, but you could have solved the problem in 5 seconds with that plugin's enhanced /ban command, instead of wrestling with this guy for how long?

heres a selection of plugins you might want to get to prevent this happeneing:
Mcbans [Stops them using proxys]
NoCheat+ Stops hacked clients
XAuth [IF your server is cracked (non premium)]
world edit
World guard
hawkeye {to rollback griefers]

Hey PM your ip and I'll help you stop the griefers. (I know what greifers look like cause my friend was a griefier.)
