TheKnightlyKnights here and today i will be talking about building a medieval house and key points that you need to cover in building the house.
Note: I am not a professional in any way and this is not telling you that you have to build medieval houses like this, just showing how I like to do it.
Now that that's covered I will go through the steps that I take.
1. First things first, build the walls In a design that you wish. The key to building a medieval house is detail. I recommend never making a medieval house out of all the same materials.
2. Add windows and a door. If you can, try to fit the windows into the design of the walls and the door, well, just put them wherever you want.
3. If you want to add more than one floor, It is your choice whether to stick with the design of the walls of the first floor, or if you want to change it up a little bit. Also if you wish, try to experiment with balconies, as if they are done right, they can really look nice on your new home.
4. Add some furniture inside such as tables (which you can make using a fence and a pressure plate), chairs (which you can make using stairs and some signs), some bookcases can also look nice and just any other furniture that you think suits your medieval home.
5. Exterior detail. This will make your house look extremely nice on the outside and can really finish off a beautiful house. Try adding tree leaves as hedges, even paths and flowers, just the little things that take your medieval home to the next level.
