You go on someone's profile here on PMC and you see that they have four level 50's subscribed to them. Immediately you get jealous and try your best to get those high levels to subscribe to you.

What's The Point Of This?

There truly is NO point in getting jealous of people who have loads of subscribers and or they have high leveled subscribers. Yet people get jealous either way. They want those high level people to subscribe to them so they can more "respect." However this is completely NOT true. Subscribing is only used when people truly feel that the person deserves it. No one should subscribe to other people because of a Sub4Sub deal.

For instance, there are loads of people that Cyprezz has subscribed too and even more loads that he hasn't. When someone sees a person that Cyprezz is subscribed to they automatically try their best to get Cyprezz to subscribe to them. Whether it be in the chat if they ever see him or even sending him private messages about the topic. The main reason for this is people either want more subscribers or they want to "become" Moderators.

Let's get this straight. If you are a person that is looking for Moderators or Cyprezz to subscribe to you just so you think that you can become a Moderator, you are DEAD wrong. Cyprezz and the other Moderators subscribe to LOADS of people that aren't Moderators. Once again, the subscribe because they feel the person literally DESERVES it.

These are ways you can gain subscribers, not be annoying about it and people WILL respect you:

1. Produce great content

2. Make sure YOU like what you are producing

3. Stay active on the site

If you can do these three major things you WILL get subscribers and people WILL respect you. However DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT advertise your submissions in the site chat, on an incorrect forum thread or sending messages to loads of people to check your submissions out. That will get people quite annoyed at you and I'm sure you wouldn't very much like that.

So, hope this helped you out in some way, I'll be interested to think what all you guys have to say about this. Thanks for reading.

wow, quite a few moderators have commented on this post.

I am jealous and must attract that many moderator comments on my posts for no reason whatsoever.

It doesn't matter how much subs you have, what matters is if you have suck-ish content or bad grammar. (:

I always love reading your blogs they make me feel much smarter.
