Hello all you wonderful people I am back after 1 month with another rant! So today's rant is about "Mod begs". If you don't know what that is its begging and begging for mod. I am a moderator on a server and I come to this so much its not even funny.
Mod Begs
So onto the rant shall we. So lets set up an example, XxboobielickerxX joins a game and first thing he says is "canz I havez modz?" And that's when crap goes down folks. He spams the same sentance in the chat box over and over again. Okay first off why would we give you mod if you JUST joined the server? Does anyone understand the term "earning something" It took me like 4 months for mod and its worth helping people on the server. So I guess this kid is about 8 years old just wanting to feel special. Now does people understand what mod is? Its not just the awesome commands you get its responsiblity. You have those commands to help people in the server with anything really. Its not just for fun and alot of people think its for fun too and just a joyride and not have to do anything. Every mod, OP, admin go through this every week and its getting annoying. Sometimes I just wanna ban the people who say that.
