If you’re new to Minecraft (MCPE/BE in particular) you may have seen people create signs with colored text, and wondered how to do it. Here’s a tutorial on how to do just that!



How To

It’s really simple, really. Just type a section symbol (§) and the correct letter/number to format your text!



Examples:
§aHello World! will become Hello World!


§l§cH§4o§cw§4d§ce§4e§c!
will become Howdee!


This will work in any text field. That means, you can even use formatted text in your chat!
