Hey there. So this blog is my personal diary of PMCC (Planet Minecraft Championships).
I will be leaving my thoughts on the event, and my past competed PMCC events in this blog.
Well, lets begin.
Chapter 1: "PMCC 1" (Aug. 10, 2024)

So this was my first PMCC event I competed in.
Also, this was the first *actual* PMCC event that went well.
I had no idea how the event was going to be like going into it,
but was definitely excited :)
Also there were 4 teams in the event because it was a bit of a smaller event.
Game 1: Survival Games
Sooooo, we went into the first game of the entire event with my team having a "great start" with their time playing in the event.
But I was the only member on my team who was fine with playing Minecraft at my time of 11:00 AM lol.
And 3. 2. 1. The gates opened, we all ran to mid and I managed to get an iron axe which is going to play through later.
After my team picked up some loot, we got a early kill on a lonely blue player which got us the lead!
But then. we were all alive btw, the red team who were super strong with PVP demolished all of us.
Although thanks to my iron axe, I got a kill on a red player before dying.
And no surprise, red team easily won SG with us getting second place!
So yeah. Red were an OP team. Lets just hope that doesn't affect the entire event :)
Game 2: Build Battle
As with the name, yes this game was like hypixel build battle but as a team of 4.
There was a voting phase on the theme of the builds which ended up being fantasy.
We ended up building a small fantasy house which was pretty basic but we aren't the greatest builders.
After the building period we voted "honestly" on the other teams builds and we ended up placing 3rd.
We placed behind red and cyan which was honestly good enough for us to still maintain 2nd place overall.
Game 3: Hardcore Parkour
This game was pretty basic. It was kinda like the old MCC parkour warrior game.
But you also had the option to skip a stage if you died enough times on it though without getting the points which is such a fantastic edition :)
Somehow, I placed 5th overall and our team in 2nd which was pretty good.

Game 4: Parkour Tag
Both parkour games in a row. -_-
Also this ended up being the game my team did worst in.
The problem was during the 1st round, to select a hunter, my team didn't know that once you were in the hunter tube, you were the hunter unlike mcc. So that ended up being a problem.
But other than that. I got tagged all three rounds because I didn't get to be the hunter.
And we only won against the cyan team. (We tied with blue and red beat us).
But luckily, we barely placed 2nd.
Game 5: TNT Run
Here is another hypixel-game in PMCC!
I was pretty good at a game like this so I had a chance to do good in it.
The game was 3 separate rounds of TNT Run.
Round 1 ended up being my worst round dying early.
But my team survived for a long time (Not last one standing though) but was good enough to start off with 1st place overall!
Round 2 went better for me, I was the 2nd place person this round which went better than round 1.
In Round 3, basically the same thing happened which got me 2nd place individually and my team 2nd place in TNT Run!
Now before game 6, the game which was supposed to be game 6 (dropper) was a little scuffed and never ended up getting played so there wasn’t a game 6. ;)
Game 7: Battle Box
Let me say this before I start, this was our teams best game.
Round 1 went super well against blue. We won with me getting 2 kills super quickly.
Round 2 against cyan started afterwards and after seeing them wool rushing? We charged and killed some of them (with me dying in the process) but luckily we won the round too.
Round 3 against red was the most dramatic. It started off with a clean kill on Red's strongest player until it was just kill trading until red barely won against us in a 1v1. But another scuffed thing happened where they didn't quite fill the center with their wool in time with never game them the win points and made our team place 1st!
and just like dropper, before the final game, game 8, another scuffed game was voted for (Bingo but fast). The scoring didn't work so the game was just played for fun.
Game 8: TGTTOS (To get to the other side)
Before the final duel, we get to play a movement based game. yay.
First course started with me placing a sad 12th place.
Second course went alot better for me placing 4th (But accidently body-blocking killing a teammate in the process. Sorry.)
Third course which was ice boat racing went even better, placing 3rd.
Fourth course went like the first, I placed 12th :p
Fifth course was also another clean 3rd placement!
And the final course made me have to follow someone else with me placing 6th.
So in the end, my team placed 3rd overall and I placed joint-5th individually gamewise.
Now after all of those games in PMCC 1, my team placed 2nd Overall! Enough to participate in the final duel against red.
Final Duel: Lazerdome (Dodgebolt)
Also did I forget to mention we were going into this duel with 1 player down against the strongest team this entire event? -_-
Round 1 began with one of us dying to one of them dying. It was a 2v3.
But red got lucky and eliminated all of us taking round 1.
Because we lost round 1, my team got both arrows this time!
We eliminated one red player before lots of dodging between us.
We then eliminated another red player before BOTH of my teammates dying, so I had to 1v2.
I then somehow eliminated a red player with my second arrow then dying to a quick-shot, making us lose round 2 and red team being one away from winning.
Round 3 started with us getting both arrows.
But we got unlucky that after getting two kills on two of the weakest red players, we all got shot which mean't the red team won and we lost :(
Although lets be real, it was a 3v4 from the start. GGs.
Event Thoughts
It was fun. I had a blast playing in this event even though it was scuffed a tiny bit :)
I am hoping to show a better performance in PMCC 2 so yeah.
My team placed 2nd, I placed 5th individually overall which I didn't expect at all!
And yeah, that's PMCC 1 in a nutshell.
