this is just something on my mind about the can i haz op problem that has been plaguing minecraft for so long. i think there should be some sort of global back round check for players i know that essentially what MC bans is. but this would be more detailed and would be Incorporated in bukkit. it could find out how meany times you have been banned and how many times you have been operator how long they have been playing minecraft to determine if there a "noob" and such there could even be something that tells you how much this person as asked to haz op.
so tell me what you think of my crazy idea that will never come true. LOL
