So I was on my server one day, playing minigames with some players. Then out of nowhere a random guy comes on and starts asking for OP. Our conversation went like this:
Him: Op me Or I will DDOS.
Me: honestly?
Him: If you ban i will ddos for a day
Me: No.
Then I banned him and never heard from him again. Not even any lag or signs of an attack on my server. I've actualy had this happen before but it has never been a real threat except once when i had to ban and ip ban a guy until he stopped trying to ddos. Just some advice for server owners; don't take these people seriously unless you know they are not bluffing. Most of the time they are just kids looking for an easy, gullible person to take advantage of. Just ban, ip ban, and hopefully you will never see them again.
