Remember this is just MY opinion and MY experience. I'm not saying everybody has it this way. Ok.
After being on lots of servers and helping multiple out here and there I found some things that starts pissing me off.
This is just a little list of them. And as I said. My opinion.
1. Giving donators crazy powers. It doesnt matter how much they donted now! MOst of the servers I've been on donaters get creative mode, flying and can destroy blocks somewhere they arent supposed to. Just a new way of griefing. Though not all do this.
2. Bad mods/admins. This is getting better. I used to see mods and admins who just argued with normal players because they did a little fail. THen just abusing powers and shizzle.
3. PRORPER GRAMMAR. NOW THIS ONE! It's not a must have :I Call me a grammar nazi if you want to (Btw I'm danish and my grammar can suck sometimes too xD. No offence people :3). But when I know people can actually spell 'allowed' and then spell 'aloud' it's just kinda anoying.
4.Random rules. I dont see this often anymore. But I used to see random ass rules. Cant think of one straight off but I'll post one..
5. Spawns.....dont even get me started. I'm not talking about spawns that arent SUPER AMAZING. I'm talking about people who set spawn in the middle of a freaking jungle etc.
6. Starting the server then never coming on again. Seen this alot. Owners telling that they will come soon and never comes on the server
7. Promote random people. Just stop. I dont care if it's your friend just stop it. Unless they have proved themselves then it's ok.
8. Promising stuff for people and then enver giving it.
9. Drop party (Or whatever it's called) every minute. This is just my opinion. I hate it when it's like every 60 seconds.
10. Making a website for the server where there either is NOTHING ON or never anything being updated or just not being used.
That is what I remembered. Might add new ones here and there.
And if YOU want anything on leave it in the comments and I'll think about putting it on :D

7.) Since when was our staff your decision? Plus my friends make positive contributions to the staff and the community. Apart from dictatorman01 I mean vichura.
8.) We are very stressed out, and giving a player something is easy to forget.
9.) I agree it's stupid.
10.) Honestly, I do this but, no-one ever goes on. Ohhh now I see why no-one goes on! :)

4. Like that one is fine. BUt I mean like rules they takke 100% serious that are just stupid.
5. I mean like they NEVER change it. And when I contact most of them they just say: "It's so you can start adventuring right off" Though on their website they said "AWESOME SPAWN!!! ALREADY COMPLETED"

7. FIrst of all. I never said it was my decision. And as I said. My expierience. My opinions. Not all "friends" are great as staff.
8. WHen I say this I mean most of the time when the servers just start. And they say: "Hey do X and you'll get Y! Either today or tomorow" and they never get it.
