Diary of Steve

As soon as he was created, he knew his destiny. He knew the inevitable. He could not change his destiny and he would have to make it. Then, something beckoned him, pulling him out of the abyss of creation. Faster and faster.

Until he woke.

DAY 1

Steve woke up covered with sweat and panting. After a little longer he recovered his senses. He seemed to be in… a forrest? He slowly started getting up onto his hands… hands…. he could see his hands. So then who was he. He did a full circle of the area and saw lots of trees and grass scattered around. Then all of a sudden, he heard a strange noise. Almost like an animal call. He looked around and saw a small pink animal with small, pudgy legs and and small eyes. It was about half his height. When he realised that it moved and that it was an animal, he quickly backed up against a tree. The small animal looked at him but did not attack him. Eventually he realised that it was passive and he slowly walked away.

He started to walk into the forrest of trees. If he was going to survive out here in the wilderness, he would have to gather some sort of resource. He had just had an idea. He looked at one of the trees, then, he took his fist and slammed it into the trunk. A small crack emerged from the log. He kept hitting it with his fist until something snapped off into his hand. It was a small floating log sitting just above his hand. There was also something on his palm - it was a small button. He pressed it and a menu of sorts appeared in front of him. It had lots of small slots and 4 slots at the top with an arrow pointing to another. He could also see his block of wood in the first slot. He reached out towards the wood and dragged it towards the 4 slots at the top. When he dropped it in, 4 wooden planks came out where the arrow was pointing. He had crafted for the first time.

He took up the block and examined it in his hand. He decided to keep the block and collect some more of them through the same process. After a while, he had collected 124 planks of wood and it was starting to get heavy. On chopping down his 134 plank, one of the planks slipped out of his hands and hit the ground. All of a sudden it exploded out into a 1 by 1 meter block, just like the blocks that were naturally scattered around. He realized that if he stacked them up on top of each other, he would be able to make a protective wall against enemies. The sun was starting to set on the horizon and he was getting cold. He build a basic shelter out of the walls with a small opening at the front so he could pass in and out. It was also getting really dark and he could hear a strange rattling noise outside. It got closer and closer. Suddenly, a horrifying creature resembling a skeleton burst through the door and aimed what seemed to be some sort of bow. When it released the string, an arrow went whizzing towards the player. He narrowly dodged it and was on his feet in a instant. He punched the skeleton out the door and quickly placed the two blocks back so the skeleton couldn't get back in. It was a very sleepless night.

DAY 2

When he woke up the next day, he could hear rattling of bones and groans of some strange beasts. When he destroyed some blocks to take a peek at what the noise was, he saw the skeletons and strange green monsters that seemed to resemble zombies, burning down in flames. He was relieved to see the hostile monsters burn. This would make surviving quite a bit easier. However, this was not a reason to slack off. He punched down the wood and walked outside.

He decided to see what else he could craft. He played around with the blocks of wood and was able to create a crafting table. He finished crafting it and placed it down on the ground. It seemed to have a 3x3 square on the top of it, bigger than his inventory crafting table. He put 2 wooden planks onto it and they magically crafted into 4 sticks. He examined the sticks for a moment and had a amazing idea. Maybe, he would able to make some simple tools for gathering more resources by using the sticks as a handle. He put 2 of the sticks down on the table and shaped some wooden planks to fit the front of a shovel. the items crafted into a small wooden shovel.

As he walked a rod a little more, he saw some white woolly animals. Steve was starting to get hungry and then he had an idea. He whacked the sheep with his wooden shovel until it dropped some mutton. It wasn't that great of a meal, but it did the job. After he ate it, he realised that a green bar appeared underneath the shovel. When he investigated further, he realised that is was a durability bar, and the more he used it, the more the bar would go down until the tools broke.

Maybe it would be good to get a different resource to use. It would be useful to mine down into the earth with a picaxe of sorts. He shaped some wooden planks and sticks into a mining told and dug in a staircase inside his house straight down. Soon, he came in contact with stone and it took a little longer to mine. Maybe, if the stone was harder, he could make a more efficient pick. He made a new harder pick with more durability. The new pick also mined faster.

Should i make more??? Say in the comments!

Instead of the 2nd destiny, use stars, it will improve the story. Also, actions are too fast, please add some transition and more desriptiveness. A few spelling errors there, forrest. It would make a great story if you added some sort of catastrophe or steve meeting other players.

Write more . . . but could I also say that I, personally, think the part about buttons and inventory is a little weird . . . like, I dunno, maybe a backpack or something would be better?

That's just my opinion, maybe it's better the way you have it, I don't know

Write more either way :)

Yea I know what you mean

I tried to make it as similar to minecraft as I could and you don't spawn with a backpack. I may change it though
