Anyway, here is how it works...

• Make a skin based off of a Disney Character.

• I will check it out and comment how you did.

• You cannot make two. Only one. :)
  
• After you send it in, you cannot cancel.
  
• DO NOT COPY. You can make the same character as long as it looks different.
  
• Disney websites like Club Penguin count.
