Do you know what really grinds my gears?


Disrespect. Thato s right.


What has the community come to? Some people just have no respect anymore. They just troll away their time, and end up pissing everyone else off.


Like earlier today, I was in the PMC chat, and one guy started spamming his server. So, like any responsible person would do, I told him to go to the server hall. And then right back in my face, I got o Youo re not the boss!o .


So this little guy kept on spamming his server, annoying everyone in the chat with his spam (as there was no admins or mods online), so this continued for about one minute, until Palaeos came on and sorted the situation out by (thankfully) sending the guy to the server hall.


However, this proves that today people just have no respect for others who they dono t know, or areno t mods. People just dono t listen to others. Why? Going to the server hall would have benefited him anyway, as people in there are looking for servers, but he just wouldno t listen.


This takes me back to an older blog, of whether PMC is going downhill or not. And how I talked about how people were o ass kissing moderatorso . Because the moment a guy with a yellow name appears, people shut up, and stop spamming.


Another person, a few days ago, was spamming just random stuff, nothing of interest at all, just random things, and he did it for a few moments after a moderator came on (I cano t remember who it was) and presumably stopped when he noticed. But the moderator saw, and asked what he was doing. He just replied (this was a few days ago, and I cano t remember exactly, but this is pretty close) something like, o oh, Io m really sorry <moderators name>! Io m really sorry! Please dono t ban me!o .


For the rest of the time this guy was on, he was COMPLETELY o ass kissingo the moderator. Replying to everything he said, and laughing at some quite frankly, unfunny jokes. - Rather like an employee and his boss having dinner... You get the picture.


So people, can we just stop with the rudeness and o ass kissingo of the moderators?! Just treat everyone else with respect, and listen to what they have to say.


My guess is that many people will reply to this again, with the usual o DEAL WITH ITo , and you know what, to all of you trolls, who dono t realise why people like me write these blogs, ito s not majorly because we want something to be done about this (obviously a bit, because otherwise we wouldno t write rants), but ultimately ito s because I enjoy writing. I like to have these debates with people, and enjoy seeing what people think. I dono t do it, to have some stuck up, narrow minded troll reply o deal with ito , because this time, I will just delete any comments that say anything like that, because I dono t have time for it, and Io d rather have formal and thought out discussions. By all means, you can disagree, but tell me why. Explain to me, and that is something we can discuss, right?
