"Does Flying Creeper Exist?"

I Know this Sounds Weird, But ive Seen Flying Creepers!!!
(Hypixel's Map "Herobrine Return")

I Think it Exist by only using:
  • MCedit Using
  • Mod's
I Hope i got a World in Minecraft that Full of Flying Creepers...
