dose planet minecraft suck ?

why is it that when i upload i file to planet minecraft it dose not do any thing but say uploading but never uploads . even a 5 kb file but sometimes it will upload in no time at all and that the website is down so much. these are problems i get in this website i am not saying it sucks just asking a question.

i have good internet and can upload a 15 min to youtube in 30 min. it is just planet minecraft that dose this

This happens a lot to me too, just save, and while its saving click cancel, it will still be uploaded but you don't have to wait :D
