Chapter One: Reflection | À
In a world were you don't matter, no one knows you, and no one cares, would'nt you want to run away?
A 15 year-old girl named Charlotte lived in a small city called ßantina. Bantina was where Charlotte was raised in a Palace owned by King Jule. She lived with the richest family in town who owned over 300,000,000 cailots, Bantina's Currency, But how would a poor girl like Charlotte end up in the Palace?
Charlotte was actually born in an unknown place, by unknown parents, who the city assumes are dead, at Dawn she was found by the King Jule's servant in a dark abandon alleyway, covered in dirt, trash, and dead rats and insects of all kinds when she was 3. The servant thought, " i cant just leave her here in this place" and brought her to the palace, he new there was a penalty for bringing people in the Palace without the Kings Permission, but he thought he could get away with it. At Midnight he was punished to death by knights of the king Jule, and Charlotte was as going to puished next and was alread roped to the ground ,but the Jule choose to spare her life for she was the most beautiful person hes ever seen, and instead make her a life servant. The other maids cleaned and dressed her suitable for Jules. For 7 years she learned how to cooked, clean, and protected herself with a sword. In those for years the Jule made a family of his own he had a wife ( a loyal servant of his ), and 2 kids, a boy and a girl. Charlotte had the job to take care of those children untill the day of the kings death. The Children use to treat her like a useless animal, they didnt care if the hurt her. the king just said, " you could always have another one" . She wasnt allowed to touch them, but they could touch her all they wanted, they could mess woth her all they wanted, and she couldnt do anything.
She wished she could just be a normal kid with parents that cared for her and maybe a freind, just one. She cried herself to sleep that night, on the shelves that maids and sevants sleeped on. If only she could go to a place were she could be a happy.
