I know this is late and all since it is 1.5.2 but my subscribers wanted me to do this. So hopefully this will help you too in fixing that problem. The video is only about 3 min so i pack in a bit of information how to use the software to fix your texture pack and you should be able to understand it but if you dont you could just contact me via youtube/planetminecraft.
