Well Well Well, what have we here?
Scott has been relatively private about the teasers on ScottGames, but know we can actually theorize about something.
The first thing I have to say is that this is DEFINITELY not an animal. This actually looks like the guy from Saw crossed with Chucky. I appears to be some sort of puppet (Like the marionette), but it looks more like a human (eyelashes, teeth, a nose, and eyebrows.) It also mentions the Sister Location, which the phone guy mentions several times, and in FNaF 2, the phone guy says this, "I want you to forget anything you may have heard about the old location, you know. Uh, some people still have a somewhat negative impression of the company. Uh... that old restaurant was kind of left to rot for quite a while..." Which after brightening up the image, you can see some cracked paint on the puppet's face. So, this could potentially be the story of The purple guy and how he murdered the children.

That is all I've got for now, but I know what i'm gonna be buying on Steam next.
