It was a normal day for young Steve. Going on little excursions through the park and other little trips, but what he didn't know was that there was a whole other side to his world. The people of Flare thought they were the only ones in their world. Once the ships started coming into harbor Steve didn't have the guts to tell his people that he didn't have a good feeling about them. For instance their captain who went by the name of "Herobrine" had a great scar slicing his face. Steve dashed back inside to talk to his wife Maria.
"You can't trust your instincts Stephen." said Maria. "But what if I'm right? What if he tries to conquer us and makes us slaves?" he replied. "What if? You say that much too often. He didn't seem quite bad when I talked to him." Maria replied sternly. "You what?! You TALKED to him? What if he kidnapped you!" Steve said infuriated. "Look, it was just a little chat nothing serious-" she was stopped short by a sudden banging on the door. As Maria attended it Steve looked at his gleeful child playing on the ground. What if shes right? Stephen thought. He dwelled on that for moment when Maria strode by him leaving a trail of blood while she walked. As she turned the corner he noticed she had a gash on her hand. Steve walked up to her and turned her around. "What is-" he knew exactly what it was. It was a gash cut diagonally. Steve looked his wife in the eyes but noticed she had a black eye. "Who did this to you?" "It was him." she said pointing to the door where a man dressed in a blue uniform was walking away.
He knew who it was. Herobrine.
