I am going to make a series of furniture tutorial blogs, each with a different theme, such as bedroom, living room, kitchen, and also themes such as medieval, modern, steam-punk, etc. This is the first installment of the series. It will consist of my personal faveourite pieces of assorted furniture. So, let's begin.
First is a modern-ish bed. It has the double, bed, with bedside tables, and nice lamps on each table, and a headboard. Some people prefer to use quartz slabs in place of the stone slabs.
Okay, next is two different types of chairs. First is the one that basically everybody knows, the stair with signs on it. However this creates very thin armrests that don't look very good. So I prefer to use just chairs, curved around.
This is a seating area, with a table made of stairs and slabs. The plates are iron pressure plates, and clay pots. The dirt in the pots kinda looks like Cola.
Now we have something pretty cool. Hologram projector! This looks great in futuristic builds, and could be used in adventure maps. It is simply an end portal frame block, with a creeper head on top.
Next is something for modern builds. A laptop. It is an iron pressure plate, with a painting on the wall.
Another thing for modern builds, mainly the kitchen. This is a microwave and toaster. The toaster is a vertical dropper with a button on.
These are a few things you can use item frames for. There are two torch holders, the first is an anvil, the second is a cobblestone slab. The other thing is a power outlet, using a dropper. Is there no end to the decorative uses of the dropper! :D
This is a somewhat modern looking toilet, using a hopper, quartz stairs, a quartz block, and a tripwire hook.
These next two things look good in a hunter's house. Firstly, we have a moose head. This looks great above a fireplace.
We also have the polar bear skin rug, made using snow covers. This looks good in front of a fireplace, and works well with the moose head.
And finally, we have kegs! Perfect for breweries, or anywhere really. The bedroom, the kitchen, living room, garden... even the toilet! You'll have to put a redstone torch underneath the block that the gate is on, or it will automatically close.
Thank you for reading my blog! Constructive critisism is welcome. If you like this blog please diamond or favourite. Also I appreciate it if you comment telling me :D
I will be making much more of these blogs, so check my profile regularly :D
Goodbye!

Edit: I got on the pop reel! Thanks to everybody :D
